A Christmas Carol at Ford’s Theatre
"A Christmas Carol" is not just a perennial seasonal offering—it serves as an excellent example of Lincoln’s values.
The Ford’s Theatre National Historic Site (Museum, Theatre, Petersen House and Aftermath Exhibits) will be closed on Friday, January 20, 2017.

Due to a Pepco power outage, Ford's Theatre has canceled the 2 p.m. matinee of "A Christmas Carol" on Dec. 17. Power is expected to be back by 5 p.m., so the 7:30 p.m. performance will go on as scheduled. Ticket holders for the 2 p.m. performance who purchased through Ford's Theatre should contact email@example.com or (888) 616-0270 for exchanges and refunds. If you purchased through a third party, please contact them directly.

"Unabashedly fresh! Baron has transformed the Dickens seasonal tutorial about incivility, greed and the glory of redemption into a musical poem of hope."
"Dickens’s tale seems right at home in the newly renovated Ford’s Theatre, taking full advantage of the 19th-century architecture and charm of the historic playhouse. Ingenious set pieces and special effects heighten the magic of Dickens’s holiday tale."
