For Rivalry Ticketholders Affected by Weather

Because of the weather in the region over the course of the last week, Ford’s Theatre had to cancel the following performances of The Rivalry:

• Friday, February 5, at 7:30 p.m.
• Saturday, February 6, at 2:30 p.m.
• Saturday, February 6, at 7:30 p.m.
• Sunday, February 7, at 2:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, February 10, at 7:30 p.m.
• Thursday, February 11, at 11 a.m.

Ticketholders to these performances may exchange their tickets into Little Shop of Horrors (running March 12 to May 22). Patrons unable to exchange may donate their value of their tickets to Ford’s Theatre or request a refund.

This weekend’s performances of The Rivalry will take place as scheduled. For those whose travel continues to be unsafe, Ford’s Theatre is offering exchanges into Little Shop of Horrors.

The deadline to request a refund or exchange has been extended to February 16. Patrons should contact their original point of purchase to make arrangements:

• Ticketmaster (online or by phone) buyers should call (202) 397-SEAT.
• Ticketmaster outlets buyers (Macy’s, et al) should return to the outlet.
• Ford’s Theatre buyers should contact (202) 347-4833. Patrons are encouraged to leave a message if they are unable to speak directly to a customer service representative.
