General Volunteer Information
Call time:
Site Volunteers are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled shift
Volunteer Ushers are expected to arrive one hour prior to curtain time
Performance times (Curtain Times) are generally as follows:
Please note that times may vary slightly per show
Tuesday – Sunday Evenings: 7:30pm
Weekday Matinees: 12N or 2:30pm
Weekend Matinees: 12N or 2:30pm
Dress Code:
Ushers are required to wear black bottoms and white tops.
Please no sneakers or flip flops.

Cancellation Policy:
Except in the case of an emergency, please contact Ford’s Theatre at least 48 hours before your volunteer date to reschedule.
